What you will do

• Develop, launch, and manage original events from A to Z in coordination with team leads.
• Own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences.
• Analyze business opportunities and operational inefficiencies to propose changes and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Pitch and close events with major entertainment partners and global brands.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize ticket sales and event coverage.
• Scale best practices to other cities and foster the hirify.global Partner Network of venues and organizers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting (experience exclusively in events is not suitable).
• Completely fluent English skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage large amounts of work and parallel work-streams effectively.
• Solution-focused mindset with a proven track record of building positive working relationships.

Nice to have
