What you will do

• Use monitoring tools to identify potential problems and respond to alerts.
• Monitor system performance and capacity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents, track them, and compile reports.
• Participate in post-mortem processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage and create Grafana dashboards and alerts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good English level.
• Basic knowledge of system and network administration.
• Basic CDN and DNS understanding.
• Linux command line experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently, with strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours (24/7) and under pressure.
