What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs regarding migration processes, implementation strategies, and practical project aspects.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic migration scenarios and variations from multiple professional perspectives (specialist, client, project manager, vendor).
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated migration content.
• Contribute to the development of AI systems' ability to reason about migration processes at scale.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience as a migration specialist.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Proven expertise in advising, planning, and executing migration strategies and projects.
• Ability to work independently and provide structured, critical feedback.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
