What you will do
- Provide technical specs, MSDS, certificates, and documentation to customers
- Coordinate questionnaires for supplier registration and SAP customer setup
- Review purchase orders, create sales orders in SAP, and manage call-offs
- Handle complaints, ensure resolutions, and process Special Request Forms
- Act as liaison for order inquiries, share shipment details, and maintain contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business-related discipline
- Experience in customer service or order management preferred
- Prcient in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP highly desirable
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
