What you will do

• Collaborate with team to produce design adaptations for digital, print, and social content meeting client briefs and standards from start to completion.
• Provide creative input, pitch new concepts, and positively influence clients.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Act as brand guardian with strong knowledge of guidelines.
• Communicate, present projects, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs.
• Develop creative output, repurpose assets, ideate, and manage multiple projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German & English (C1)
• Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related + 3+ years in digital media, motion graphics, web design, artwork, print, production, and automation/AI.
• Experience as Integrated Designer on big accounts, preferably large-scale FMCG (Beauty/Fashion), across TV, DOOH, press, direct marketing, display, social, content.
• Strong portfolio across platforms and mediums.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, basic Figma, emerging platforms, AI tools; motion design with After Effects/Premiere; print collateral and branding.
• Strong typography, layout, attention to detail, responsive design, basic retouching, project management in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in automation software.
• Knowledge of industry trends in AI, social, technology, marketing.
