What you will do

• Design within and evolve a comprehensive brand system.
• Create clear typographic hierarchies and disciplined, grid-based layouts.
• Translate complex technological ideas into structured visual communication.
• Build reusable templates, assets, and design components.
• Produce motion graphics and visualizations to explain complex technology.
• Design across various scales, from brand assets to physical installation visuals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Munich for this onsite role.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools.
• Experience with motion and 3D tools such as After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D, or Spline.
• Strong understanding of grids, ratios, and typographic discipline.
• Hands-on approach to design with a preference for clarity over decoration.
• Ability to demonstrate systematic brand work and visual thinking via portfolio.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine, Houdini, or advanced 3D workflows.
