What you will do

• Own and evolve the content strategy for the Swiss market with a strong focus on social platforms, translating audience insights and brand priorities into tailored content.
• Drive development and production of best-in-class video content from concept to final delivery, staying ahead of trends in storytelling, social media, and technology.
• Lead and develop a team of four, act as sparring partner for storytelling and production within the local marketing team.
• Support cross-departmental content initiatives and coordinate with the international content department, sharing global impulses and local learnings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Digital Media, Film/Content or Marketing and proven track record in developing and producing various video content for social and digital platforms.
• Fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
• Strong editorial and storytelling skills with hands-on experience in writing treatments, filming, editing, and production management.
• Solid experience leading multiple productions simultaneously, managing freelancers, production partners, and agencies from concept to delivery.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing teams, budget responsibility, entrepreneurial approach, and 360° marketing understanding.
• Travel 10-20%
