TL;DR

Copy and Content Writer (Health Insurance): Writing and refining content across website, campaigns, product messaging, sales materials, emails, and LinkedIn posts with an accent on making complex insurance topics clear, human, and impactful for people in difficult situations. Focus on shaping narratives, evolving tone of voice, ensuring consistency, and challenging vague content across teams.

Hybrid: flexibility to work remotely or from Zurich office, team day in Zurich office every Thursday.

What you will do

  • Contribute to campaign ideation with ideas beyond execution.
  • Write, edit, and refine short and long-form content from top to bottom of funnel.
  • Translate complex topics into clear, human, accessible language.
  • Review and challenge content organization-wide to meet standards.
  • Shape narratives, sharpen messaging, own hirify.global's voice across touchpoints.
  • Evolve tone of voice, build communication guidelines, coordinate with agencies.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in English and German (written and spoken), comfortable switching and using Schwiizerdütsch for natural communication.
  • 5–7+ years in content, copywriting, or similar (agency or in-house).
  • Adapt writing to brand voice over personal style.
  • Strong sense for clarity, structure, tone; simplify without dumbing down.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environment, manage multiple projects, deep focus to quick turnarounds.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, ask questions, challenge constructively.
  • High standards, attention to detail, know when done is better than perfect.
