Location: Makati City, Philippines. Supports remote working, but hybrid collaboration is encouraged for those within commuting distance of the office.

What you will do

  • Respond to medical and safety information requests from consumers and healthcare professionals via telephone, email, and web.
  • Provide labeled and unlabeled medical responses according to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Accurately document and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, and product complaints.
  • Log all enquiries into Inquiry Handling Systems in a timely and comprehensive manner.
  • Perform quality checks on Adverse Events and correspondence to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide after-hours coverage on a rotated basis depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS) or Pharmacy degree.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and industry regulations.
  • Strong cognitive abilities, including critical thinking and analytical reasoning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines within a regulated environment.
