What you will do

• Design, build, test, and maintain SAP security roles for S/4HANA programs, Fiori, and derived roles.
• Troubleshoot and remediate complex authorization issues across Finance, HR, Procurement, and reporting.
• Support audits, access reviews, SoD remediation, and evidence collection directly in SAP.
• Integrate with IAM, GRC, ILM for access management and provisioning.
• Perform production support, security note reviews, and regression testing across environments.
• Mentor team and collaborate with developers, functional teams, and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on SAP Security & Authorization experience in ECC.
• 8+ years supporting production SAP systems in large landscapes.
• 2+ years S/4HANA, HANA DB, SAC, Datasphere, PAPM, BI, PI.
• 2+ years supporting audits and remediation in SAP.
• Experience building and testing SAP roles.

Nice to have

• Experience with S/4HANA transformations and Fiori roles.
• HANA database security and Datasphere/SAC roles.
• IAM, GRC, ILM, and automated provisioning.
• Analytics platforms like BW, SAC integrated with SAP.
• Financial services or regulated industries.
