What you will do

• Lead RPR & LS management for drugs, biologics, and medical devices.
• Provide compliance and regulatory advisory services to pharmaceutical and medtech companies.
• Partner with C-suite Executives, General Counsel, and Regulatory Affairs functions within client companies.
• Develop roadmaps for promotional review and labeling process improvements.
• Oversee promotional OPDP submissions and new product labeling development.
• Serve as the executive point person for assigned client projects and special leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in RPR & LS within pharma, biotech, CRO, or the FDA.
• Master’s degree in Life Science or a related field (higher degree preferred).
• Expert knowledge of FDA OPDP regulations and compliance guidelines on advertising and promotion.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams of technical professionals.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic direction and innovative thinking.
