What you will do

• Manage IT operations including MacBook fleet provisioning, software access, and vendor account management.
• Develop AI-powered agents and workflows to automate repetitive IT tasks such as onboarding and offboarding sequences.
• Own the Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle, including SSO configuration and access policies.
• Contribute to and eventually own internal and production infrastructure managed as code via Pulumi on GCP.
• Scale into ownership of the security stack, focusing on network policies, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills using code (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Ability to read and modify infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration files.
• Foundational familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• A security-first mindset with an understanding of least privilege and audit trails.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Sydney, Melbourne, or New York.

Nice to have

• Experience building LLM-based projects or automation workflows.
• Prior exposure to Terraform or Pulumi.
