What you will do

• Lead the UI team and drive the UX strategy and UI deliverables for new projects.
• Shape the UX vision in collaboration with the Design team.
• Mentor and support UI designers, artists, and technical designers to ensure high quality.
• Manage team performance and professional development through regular feedback and reviews.
• Take ownership of UI design documentation, usability goals, and the overall player experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve workflows and pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design.
• Experience managing small teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity UI using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting professional relationships.
• Permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Passion for video games and game development.
