What you will do

• Develop Waymo's data infrastructure platform to enable plant-scale ML Flywheels for all ML models.
• Collaborate with teams to onboard ML models and LLMs, analyzing data needs, quality, and distributions.
• Improve the efficiency of data storage and sharing mechanisms across different models.
• Deploy and integrate data solutions for distillation, evaluation, dataset generation, and active learning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++.
• Proven experience building highly scalable distributed systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mountain View, California.
