What you will do

• Build and ship features emphasizing frontend quality and UX on the main hirify.global.com site
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs and production-ready components
• Own visual and interactive quality, pushing back when needed for the best experience
• Handle bug fixes, performance optimizations, accessibility, and reliability at scale
• Work on backend services and APIs as required for feature delivery
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflow and iteration

Requirements

• 2-4 years in frontend or fullstack development with strong frontend focus
• Solid React and CSS skills, with eye for detail and passion for polished UIs
• Pixel-perfect mindset and ability to translate complex designs into flawless interfaces
• Proven collaboration with designers
• Results-oriented in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Fluent English (French is a plus)
