What you will do
- Design and build levels from concept to implementation
- Monitor level performance metrics and tune difficulty curves for engagement
- Run playtests, collect feedback, and participate in A/B tests
- Maintain level design documentation and style guides
- Propose and prototype new challenges, obstacles, and elements
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in level design for games
- Understanding of game flow, difficulty progression, and player retention
- Ability to analyze analytics and apply to designs
- Systems thinking for interconnected level mechanics
- Portfolio with shipped levels or documented designs (required)
- Strong communication for cross-functional teams
