What you will do

  • Design and produce engaging multimedia content (videos, e-learning, written documentation) using tools like Guidde, Mindsmith, Veed, Paligo, and Confluence.
  • Structure and optimize content architecture and metadata to feed the Digital Agent for autonomous issue resolution.
  • Identify training requirements and content gaps by engaging with internal teams and external users.
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics to track learner engagement and dynamically adapt materials.
  • Collaborate with Product experts, Technical teams, and Customer Success to ensure accuracy across all knowledge sources.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Content Design, Knowledge Management, Digital Learning, Technical Documentation, or a related field.
  • French: Native or fluent required.
  • English: B2 minimum required.
  • Technical proficiency with multimedia and documentation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • User-centric mindset with a focus on learning impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or technical documentation writing.
  • Eagerness to explore and implement AI technologies.
