What you will do
- Design and produce engaging multimedia content (videos, e-learning, written documentation) using tools like Guidde, Mindsmith, Veed, Paligo, and Confluence.
- Structure and optimize content architecture and metadata to feed the Digital Agent for autonomous issue resolution.
- Identify training requirements and content gaps by engaging with internal teams and external users.
- Leverage AI-driven analytics to track learner engagement and dynamically adapt materials.
- Collaborate with Product experts, Technical teams, and Customer Success to ensure accuracy across all knowledge sources.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Content Design, Knowledge Management, Digital Learning, Technical Documentation, or a related field.
- French: Native or fluent required.
- English: B2 minimum required.
- Technical proficiency with multimedia and documentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- User-centric mindset with a focus on learning impact.
Nice to have
- Experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or technical documentation writing.
- Eagerness to explore and implement AI technologies.
