EIC Site Supervisor (Energy)

Salary: £500–£550 per day (Inside IR35)

What you will do

• Lead EIC site activities across electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to maintain project progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning phases to meet project milestones.
• Enforce HSEQ standards and ensure all works comply with approved RAMS.
• Manage defects, punch lists, and completion activities through to close-out.
• Manage site changes, deviations, and interface issues with the wider project team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in EIC supervision on industrial or energy projects (EfW, power, oil & gas).
• Technical expertise in HV/MV/LV systems and PLC/DCS control systems.
• SSSTS (or equivalent) certification is essential.
• Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Nice to have

• HV switching or authorization.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and site reporting tools.
