What you will do

• Perform daily LMS administration, including content management, scheduling, and permission settings.
• Coordinate between content partners, internal teams, and leadership to ensure delivery momentum.
• Provide user support via email and ServiceNow, troubleshooting platform issues and monitoring user sentiment.
• Run reports, audit content libraries, and perform QA checks on courses before deployment.
• Manage logistics for instructor-led classes, including dataset provisioning and facility coordination.
• Analyze user surveys to drive product adoption and learner retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience, preferably in learning systems management.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills (C1).
• Experience using ServiceNow and SharePoint for administrative tasks.
• Proven ability to drive on-time delivery and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Lithuania.
