What you will do

• Deliver Capture the Flag (CTF) events, hands-on workshops, and advanced investigative training for customers and partners.
• Support onboarding and analyst enablement during deployments to ensure effective platform operationalization.
• Translate complex investigative workflows into structured, scenario-based learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Deployment Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales teams to tailor workshops to specific customer use cases.
• Provide expert guidance on investigator functionality, case management, and analytical best practices.
• Conduct pre-delivery preparation, including dataset validation and environment setup.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital forensics, investigative support, or intelligence analysis.
• Deep operational knowledge of investigative analytics platforms, including AI-driven insights.
• Demonstrated experience delivering CTFs, technical workshops, or advanced instructional content.
• Background in digital investigations, digital forensics, or law enforcement operations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for instructional, customer-facing engagement.
• Must be based in Germany and available for up to 50% travel across EMEA.
