TL;DR

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

What you will do
- Develop real-time embedded software for digital, analog, power, and motion-control systems in electromechanical machines.
- Design, implement, test, debug, and document embedded software components and applications.
- Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to hardware/software integration efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to evaluate design trade-offs and deliver robust solutions.
- Provide schedule estimates, track progress, and communicate status updates to project leads and management.
Requirements
- Completion of at least one year of coursework toward a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience programming in C and/or C++ in an embedded or low-level development environment.
- Exposure to Linux kernel development or device driver programming.
- Experience with VxWorks or other real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Background in electromechanical systems, motion control, or robotics.
- Knowledge of Bash scripting or assembly language programming.
