TL;DR

What you will do

  • Perform hands-on QA for iOS and Android apps, owning test planning, regression scope, and release sign-offs.
  • Manage mobile-specific UI/UX testing across various screen sizes, OS versions, and network conditions.
  • Oversee release preparation and staging through TestFlight and Google Play Console.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify quality risks early in the sprint.
  • Review and improve mobile QA processes, automated test suites, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Monitor app performance and stability using specialized crash reporting tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional QA experience with a primary focus on native mobile applications.
  • Strong experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, or Maestro.
  • Deep understanding of mobile-specific testing, including deep linking, push notifications, and background processing.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs and traffic inspection tools like Charles Proxy, Postman, or Fiddler.
  • Experience with mobile monitoring and crash reporting tools (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry).
  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and App Store/Google Play Store submission processes.
