Oracle ERP Cloud Senior Consultant (Oracle ERP/Financials/Procurement): Improving critical business processes and modernizing legacy systems within the US health and wellness sector with an accent on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and process optimization. Focus on streamlining ERP workstreams, performing FIT/GAP analysis, and integrating AI-driven capabilities.

Location: Hybrid (Sao Paulo, Brazil). Possible office attendance 1-2 times per week

hirify.global is a technology services provider recruiting for a leading entity in the US health and wellness sector focused on digital modernization.

What you will do

  • Act as a senior individual contributor on Oracle ERP Cloud initiatives.
  • Lead workstreams focused on Oracle Financials or Procurement.
  • Optimize and streamline business processes to modernize legacy environments.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct FIT/GAP analysis.
  • Perform testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
  • Manage data migration and integrations using FBDI and ERP integration services.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Functional expertise in either Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.) or Procurement (POs, Sourcing, etc.).
  • Experience with Oracle Functional Setup Manager and full implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, requirement gathering, and data migration.
  • Availability to work from Sao Paulo or surrounding areas if an office-based model is introduced.

Nice to have

  • Experience spanning both Financials and Procurement streams.
  • Background in Oracle ERP modernization or transformation programs.
  • Experience working with legacy enterprise environments.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams and external vendors.
