What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design, including discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Design complex enterprise banking systems and workflows for business banking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers within agile delivery teams.
• Produce user-centred design solutions aligned to business banking needs.
• Drive iterative design improvements based on user and business feedback.
• Contribute to a large-scale digital transformation delivery programme.

Requirements

• Strong UX/UI design experience across digital products.
• Background in financial services or banking environments.
• Experience in business banking or corporate banking (preferred).
• Ability to design for complex enterprise-level systems.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar modern design tools.
• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
