Junior UX Designer

What you will do

• Support lead designers in delivering web-based and native digital applications.
• Create and refine user experience and visual design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and finalized design assets.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered solutions.
• Contribute to design discussions and communicate design rationale effectively.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting established deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for W2 employment (no C2C).
• Demonstrated experience in UX and visual design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with oversight.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Portfolio showcasing UX and visual design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
