Senior QA Engineer (DevOps)

What you will do

• Review requirements and user stories to identify ambiguities, risks, and testability gaps.
• Design and maintain test plans, cases, checklists, and reusable test data aligned with functional needs.
• Perform manual functional, smoke, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing.
• Develop and refactor Selenium WebDriver frameworks in C# for smoke and end-to-end coverage.
• Execute automated regression packs, analyze results, and collaborate with developers to isolate root causes.
• Triage and track defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and impact assessments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience in manual and automation testing, ideally for cloud-based enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience automating web application tests using C#.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS) and Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Atlassian Bamboo, Git, and Bitbucket.
• English: High proficiency in written and verbal communication required.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in ERP, finance, payroll, supply chain, or CRM.
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Postman, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Node.js.
