What you will do

• Determine the most effective ways to optimize people and facilities.
• Ensure the achievement of programme manpower targets.
• Manage hours-per-car reporting and its manning implications.
• Incorporate best practice productivity ideas into the programme.
• Allocate assignments in conjunction with the production plant.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and Design for Assembly (DfA) principles.
• Industrial Engineering experience with associated tools and techniques.
• Previous experience using GSPAS and APT or equivalent tools.
• Proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time and travel within the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with process authoring or process allocation tools.
