IT Service Desk Technician

What you will do

• Deliver on-site support to employees at the Bergen office.
• Provide 1st line remote support to employees globally.
• Handle service requests efficiently through the Global IT Service Desk.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment.
• Deploy and manage laptops, mobile phones, printers, and other devices.
• Work with Active Directory & Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software across multiple platforms and devices.
• Familiarity with Active Directory & Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Windows.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.

• Experience with Atlassian, MDM solutions, VoIP solutions, and VDI solutions.
