What you will do

• Develop strategic marketing plans for Neuro portfolio, including market assessment and activity plans.
• Provide guidance on pricing, positioning, bundling, and value propositions tailored to regional needs.
• Lead commercialization across product lifecycle, including market access and reimbursement strategies.
• Act as market data champion and guide localization efforts for regional relevance.
• Collaborate with global Neuro team, handle escalations, and support clusters with training and enablement.
• Serve as product expert for sales engagements and strategic stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably technical; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years in regional marketing, preferably with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of neurosurgery and radiotherapy markets, products, and clinical usage.
• Experience in complex, multi-functional, multi-cultural environments.
• Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Willing to travel up to 70%.
