Location: Hybrid; preferably based in Sydney (Melbourne or Brisbane may be considered). Must hold valid work rights for Australia.

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality research on fertilisers, agrochemicals, farmland prices, cotton, and wool for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse key market drivers such as price volatility, cost structures, regulation, sustainability, and global trade flows.
- Partner with the global coverage team to produce and localize consistent global agricultural insights.
- Create engaging research outputs including thought-leadership reports, podcasts, presentations, and digital content.
- Act as a sector expert by presenting insights at client events, industry conferences, and engaging with media.
- Provide research input for credit policy, sector strategy, and risk assessments for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Solid understanding of agriculture, agribusiness, or commodity markets.
- Confidence working with large data sets and building models using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, engaging stories for diverse audiences.
- Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
- Flexibility to travel regularly to represent the company at industry events.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to farm inputs (fertilisers, agrochemicals) or fibres (cotton, wool).
- Experience with emerging analytical tools and AI.
