Location: Based in central Helsinki office, transitioning to hybrid (one remote day per week) after acclimation. Must be located in Finland with existing work permit. No relocation or visa services.

Salary: 4500–6000 €/month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Transform business goals into structured design problems and actionable project directions
• Manage design process from initial exploration, wireframing to high-fidelity UI and shipping
• Execute polished visual and interaction designs with excellence in typography, spacing, motion, and responsiveness
• Build and maintain reusable components and patterns ensuring system integrity
• Produce technical specifications and collaborate with engineers for high-fidelity implementation
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders as a proactive product partner

Requirements

• Located in Finland with existing work permit
• 8+ years of design experience in product, UX/UI, and visual design
• Experience in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments and design systems
• Proven track record in complex B2B workflows with consumer-grade simplicity
• Strong visual and interaction fundamentals (typography, spacing, hierarchy, motion)
• Excellent English communication skills and product thinking mindset
• Comfortable leveraging AI in design workflow and thriving in agile, low-structure environments

Nice to have

• Background in growth, onboarding, or activation flows
• Motion/interaction depth beyond static screens
• Exposure to data-heavy interfaces or dashboards
• Experience in both agency and in-house environments
