What you will do

• Design and develop software for Workload Identity challenges from prototyping to production, covering both client and server sides.
• Develop, shape, lead, and mentor a close-knit engineering team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to present technical options and align on priorities.
• Take full ownership of features through the entire lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and release.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including design, implementation, and testing.
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Knowledge or experience in networking, security, cloud, Kubernetes, encryption, PKI, JWT, or SPIFFE.
• Experience solving problems at enterprise scale with high performance and quality standards.
• Background in product development working closely with product managers and field teams.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria
