What you will do

• Manage day-to-day content operations, including research, ideation, and publishing across social media platforms.
• Coordinate influencer briefings and monitor user-generated content (UGC).
• Oversee owned channels, including the company website and EDM.
• Analyze content performance and brief the creative team to ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Execute both organic and paid campaigns in partnership with the wider marketing team.
• Perform competitor and audience research to inform content strategy and reporting.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in content or social media marketing.
• Tertiary degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to create short-form video content for TikTok and coordinate Instagram plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about pop culture trends and savvy with social media platforms.
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a dynamic, changing environment.
