What you will do

• Review past due customer accounts to analyze terms and collect relevant payment information.
• Communicate directly with past due customers to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and notes for audit purposes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies.
• Process credit applications and perform trade reference checks to mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Associate degree or two-year technical/trade degree preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience supporting treasury or accounting functions preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
