What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and a public-facing persona representing the company's security posture and roadmap.
- Consult directly with strategically important customers to provide resolution on business-critical security issues.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering leadership to translate customer requirements into clear security objectives.
- Analyze customer needs and expectations to optimally allocate Field Security resources.
- Implement complex project plans and schedules to ensure critical security outcomes are met.
- Evaluate and implement scalable, resilient, and effective security structures and controls.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in information security, field security, GRC, or customer-facing technical leadership.
- Proven track record of consulting with senior leadership and enterprise customers on critical security concerns.
- Strong experience in security audits, due diligence questionnaires, and third-party vendor management.
- Knowledge of software development concepts, including Kubernetes and vulnerability management.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, EU AI Act, and DORA.
- Must be a US citizen residing on US soil; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
