What you will do

• Lead the legal structuring and execution of capital markets transactions, such as debt issuances and securitizations.
• Advise on investment banking activities, including fundraising, equity/debt rounds, and strategic partnerships.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements, including term sheets, ISDA agreements, and credit facilities.
• Support the design and launch of financial products tied to lending, payments, and investment platforms.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
• Partner with Finance and Executive teams on funding strategies and investor relations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience with strong exposure to investment banking, capital markets, or structured finance.
• Professional background in top-tier law firms, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
• Proven experience supporting debt/equity transactions, securitizations, or fundraising processes.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and market structures.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be based in Colombia to support the hybrid work model.
