What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, technology vendors, and strategic partners.
• Provide legal support for operations across 12 territories in the LATAM region.
• Advise sales, operations, and product teams on service agreements, SaaS contracts, NDAs, and data processing agreements.
• Support post-acquisition integration of Adsmovil and Rocketlab through contract harmonization and policy development.
• Monitor regulatory changes in data privacy, digital advertising, and consumer protection.
• Manage relationships with external counsel for specialized local expertise.

Requirements

• Law degree with 4 to 7 years of experience in transactional or corporate law.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Solid experience in reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize in high-demand environments.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech, digital media, or SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of digital advertising regulatory frameworks like IAB, GDPR, or CCPA.
• Conversational Portuguese for coordination with Brazil.
