Customer Quality Engineer

What you will do

• Lead and manage 8D reporting, including coordination of sorting activities and approval of related costs
• Oversee complaint handling processes in SAP and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare, review, and approve control plans in line with quality standards
• Drive APQP/PPAP activities and ensure compliance with all related procedures
• Support continuous improvement by reducing production non-conformities, monitoring customer satisfaction, and conducting customer audits

Requirements

• University degree in relevant subject or industry experience
• 2 years of field experience (preferred in quality)
• Strong knowledge of 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and MSA
• Ability to work with technical documentation, including GD&T
• Good understanding of SAP quality management
• Fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
