Layout Engineer EIC (Engineering)

TL;DR

Layout Engineer EIC (Industrial Engineering): Developing 3D models and layouts for electrical infrastructure including cable trays, E-houses, and grounding systems with an accent on interdepartmental coordination and 3D collision checks. Focus on optimizing systems using P&ID diagrams and ensuring compliance with DNO requirements.

Location: Must be based in Slovakia (Hybrid: Home Office possible 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Model cable trays, underground pipes, E-houses, diesel generators, and DCS cabinets.
• Perform 3D coordination, collision checks, and manage building data (BD levels 1-3).
• Manage E-house maintenance, steel structure modifications, and transformer models.
• Design grounding points with coordinates and model bus duct construction components.
• Coordinate with DNO and internal teams including Control, DCS, Crane, and Server room specialists.

Requirements

• Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or EfW sectors with knowledge of piping and steel structures.
• Proficiency in E3D, AutoCAD 3D, or SmartPlant.
• Fluent in English and Slovak (minimum B2 level).
• Strong understanding of P&ID diagrams for independent system optimization.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
