What you will do

• Serve as primary interface for thermal-management system topics across project team, client, suppliers, and cross-domain groups
• Coordinate system development, define technical solutions, supervise integration, and ensure compliance with automotive standards
• Lead technical meetings, workshops, and focus groups to resolve issues and align on architecture, integration, and validation
• Develop and manage system integration and validation plans, including test cases and performance analyses
• Monitor configuration, functionality, documentation, and readiness for reviews and releases
• Analyze test results, prepare reports, drive issue resolution, and contribute to project planning and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in thermal-mechanical engineering, fluid dynamics, automotive engineering, or related field
• Professional experience in system engineering development within automotive sector
• Solid understanding of hydraulics and/or thermodynamics applied to vehicle systems
• Familiarity with ICE, hybrid, and electric powertrains; exposure to thermal management
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong familiarity with system engineering principles, automotive processes, design, integration, and validation methodologies

Nice to have

• French language skills
• Experience contributing to or managing technical work packages
• Understanding of cooling circuits and automotive thermal management systems integration
