Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania) - at least 3 days a week in-office

Salary: 4000 - 5000 EUR gross monthly

What you will do

• Develop and maintain security controls across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI to protect critical infrastructure.
• Monitor cloud platforms for threats, misconfigurations, and policy violations using SIEM and CSPM tools.
• Establish cloud security standards, policies, and guardrails to support compliance and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform cloud security assessments and vulnerability management, producing technical and executive metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with security services in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, IAM procedures, and IaC (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Ability to communicate effectively in collaborative, multi-functional, and global environments.
• Familiarity with AI tooling for daily work assistance and workflow integration.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, AZ-500, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CCSP, or CISSP.
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools and SOAR platforms.
• Professional background in regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or government.
