What you will do

• Define hardware architecture and select key components for high-end wearable devices.
• Design schematics and PCB layouts using HDI and EMC-compliant standards.
• Develop design-for-manufacturing strategies for PCB-integrated systems.
• Lead hardware bring-up and support the development of test devices.
• Collaborate closely with mechanics, firmware developers, and optics teams to integrate the product.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training (TU/FH/HTL) in electrical engineering, embedded systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development.
• Proven expertise in HDI electronic circuit development and EMC-compliant design.
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Knowledge of firmware and driver programming.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Altium Designer.
• Experience with high-speed, flex-PCB, or thermal management circuits.
• Experience with camera circuit design.
• Familiarity with certification processes, especially EMC validation.
