What you will do

  • Track community feedback and sentiment across social media and forums using AI-listening tools and dashboards to identify trends.
  • Moderate content, foster organic engagement, and drive positive discussions in communities.
  • Identify and nurture brand ambassadors to build loyalty and advocacy.
  • Proactively detect and manage issues or crises to protect reputation.
  • Deliver strategic reports on sentiment initiatives and their impact on brand visibility in AI/LLM search outputs.
  • Collaborate with SEO, PR, and Social Media teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in community management, social listening, social customer care, or reputation management in B2C e-commerce/travel.
  • Deep knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Reddit, X, TikTok, TripAdvisor, and user behaviors.
  • Proficiency in tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or Hootsuite.
  • Flawless English writing with adaptive tone from technical to casual.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven improvements and strategic insights.
  • Agility in crisis management and fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with applied AI tools like Gemini.
  • Experimentation mindset for integrating AI solutions.
  • Passion for AI impacts in travel industry.
