Salary: $217,580 - $271,975

What you will do

• Lead design and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, Compliance Manager, and Data Lifecycle Management.
• Advise clients on data governance strategies, regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA), and risk mitigation.
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state roadmaps for data protection programs.
• Oversee integration of Microsoft Purview with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party sources.
• Lead workshops, executive briefings, cross-functional teams, and business development including proposals and sales.
• Stay current on privacy regulations, Microsoft updates, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field
• Relevant certifications: SC-400, CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, CISM, or similar
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance consulting
• Prior experience leading sales activities exceeding $3M/year
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance solutions
• Strong understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, ISO 27001, data classification, retention, and insider risk
• Proven leadership in client engagements, multidisciplinary teams, and executive communication
• Can travel as needed
