What you will do

• Create and adapt rich media formats for networks like GAM and DV360 using JavaScript, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Architect, code, and test new ad formats and integrations for various ad networks.
• Develop and maintain internal tools for format production, automation, debugging, and QA workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-functional issues related to ad delivery and client-side errors.
• Optimize code and assets to comply with strict ad size and performance constraints.
• Collaborate with Product, Producers, and QA teams to maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining internal systems and production scripts.
• Knowledge of ad network requirements (GAM, DV360) and tracking data flow.
• Ability to optimize assets for strict performance and size constraints.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Bucharest, Romania.
