TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Linux Kernel/GPU Monitoring): Building and optimizing shared eBPF infrastructure and GPU monitoring capabilities within the hirify.global Agent with an accent on kernel-level data capture, reliability, and performance. Focus on developing low-latency metrics pipelines and solving complex production issues across various Linux distributions.

Location: Hybrid (Madrid, Spain or Paris, France)

What you will do

  • Develop GPU Monitoring features end-to-end, from ideation to implementation within the hirify.global Agent.
  • Build and maintain shared eBPF functionality to be utilized across various product teams.
  • Investigate and debug complex production issues spanning the Linux kernel, eBPF programs, and agent runtime.
  • Research, prototype, and document solutions for challenging problems in the eBPF and GPU monitoring space.
  • Provide technical input for high-level product and architecture decisions.
  • Contribute to open-source projects such as btfhub and cilium/ebpf.

Requirements

  • Experience developing for the Linux kernel using eBPF, as a kernel developer, or building low-level programs in C.
  • Significant experience building high-throughput and low-latency systems.
  • 5+ years of experience building applications and tooling with deep systems knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain or Paris, France.
