What you will do

• Research and identify senior-level decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Directors) aligned with summit themes and objectives.
• Create targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, and online platforms like LinkedIn.
• Write and launch targeted outreach email campaigns to deliver high-quality inbound inquiries.
• Maintain and optimize the data quality of the contacts database.
• Collaborate with Sales Professionals across EMEA and North America to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.

Requirements

• Recognized degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years experience in email marketing, market research and/or lead generation is essential for this role.
• Proven experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
• Willingness to operate within a performance-driven culture.
