What you will do

  • Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs and influencers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Execute end-to-end campaigns, managing timelines, content reviews, and KPI alignment.
  • Develop and optimize affiliate partnerships to increase CTR, conversions, and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly ROI reports to refine future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Sales teams to ensure brand alignment and budget management.
  • Handle logistics for product seeding and ensure compliance with advertising standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media or KOL/Influencer Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and current content trends.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and measuring ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
