AI Enablement Manager (Automotive)

Location: Mandatory Lisbon or Porto, Portugal (Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 remote)

What you will do

• Design and execute role-specific AI enablement sessions tailored to the actual workflows of each department.
• Establish, train, and manage a network of AI Champions to serve as internal experts within their teams.
• Triage organizational AI requests, including workflow automation, knowledge assistants, and scripting.
• Track and report adoption metrics, such as weekly active usage and time saved per team.
• Coordinate with the AI Engineering team to unblock obstacles and ensure new tools are properly documented and handed over.

Requirements

• Previous experience in training, programme management, or internal consulting in a tech-forward environment.
• Demonstrable ability to run structured workshops and facilitate tool adoption across diverse teams.
• Technical literacy regarding AI assistants, workflow automation, and MCP integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese.
• Must be based in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with OpenWebUI, n8n, or MCP integrations.
• Knowledge of building and distributing skills for AI assistants tailored to specific use cases.
• Familiarity with model memory and observability tools (e.g., Langfuse).
