Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (minimum 2 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 7 software engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to plan and prioritize the hirify.global Plus roadmap.
• Take ownership of the team's architecture and transform the system to reduce friction.
• Ensure delivery excellence by maintaining high standards for quality and reliability.
• Manage team capacity, hiring, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Strong technical background and competence in software engineering.
• Proven experience in management or team leadership within a tech environment.
• Solid experience in making data-driven and metric-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tallinn office (hybrid).
